The Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE) was established in 1991, as the result of a meeting between 9 entrepreneurs from the broader tourism sector, which took place at the ELOUNDA MARE hotel, in order to discuss the growth of Greek tourism. SETE was thus established, and spent the next few decades supporting and promoting Greek tourism, both in Greece and abroad.
