For the first time, works of contemporary art are exhibited at the Archaeological Museum of Ancient Messene.

This “Artistic journey in the seven ancient theaters of Epirus” is the last work of Leandros Spartioti and the fruit of twenty-month efforts.
The initiative of telling the cultural route of Epirus with pencils and to ask Leandros Spartioti to realize this idea belongs to the Board of Directors of the Foundation “Aktia Nicopolis” and personally to its President, Nikos Karabelas, the soul of the institution.
